Description:	This elegant complex, with its palm tree lined driveway, offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico from this third-floor unit. In this spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit, guests are afforded fantastic vistas from the comfortable living room and relaxing master bedroom. The open kitchen includes a breakfast table for 2 and newer appliances. With hardwood floors in the living room, guests can enjoy the large TV with DVD/ VCR combo from the cozy sofas and they can watch the beautiful Sanibel sunsets from the screened-in lanai, just off of the living room. The lanai has seating for 4 at the patio table and loungers. The lanai also looks out over the pool in front of the beach. The adjacent master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, and great views of the water. The first guest room also features a king size bed and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and there is room for 3 barstools as well. Poinciana is a small, quiet complex and guests will enjoy the underground parking, heated pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. This is a monthly minimum property.
